About the Client Area
There are a number of things you can do within the client area without contacting us, so we encourage you to use this as much as possible.
- Keep your contact details up to date
- Change your password
- Add contacts (for example if you have an accountant who pays your invoices)
- View your invoices
- Add email addresses
- Order new domain names
- Order new products
- Change your default payment method
- Add debit / credit card details
- Add funds to your account to pay future invoices
- Open a support ticket
- Check the network status to see if there's a problem
Downloads and Knowledgebase
You will also find a Downloads section, where you can download a WordPress manual and various documents about Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), to help you achieve better rankings on the search engines.
The Knowledgebase is the first place to look if you have any problems (eg if you can't access emails, if your website is down, if you want to train SpamExperts).
How to access your Client Area
Log into your Client Area at www.therapysites.co.uk/whmcs, using an email address you have registered with us, and your password. The email address is usually the address you initially used to contact us, rather than the one which is attached to your domain name. If you have forgotten your password, you can enter your email address, then click on the "Forgot Password?" button. The system will then email you a password reset link.
